Exhibition Dia-Chronos - Collages | Christos Konstantinopoulos
Christos Konstantinopoulos studied law and political science while in art creation he is self-taught. He mainly makes virtual representations using the collage and assemblage method. It uses, for the most part, newspaper clippings, magazines, texts, etc.or other small items and compiles them into a new virtual whole.
It is mainly inspired by the imaginary "alchemy" and the iconoclastic spirit of this adhesive method that allows a free and combinatorial game with the various materials between the real, the imaginary and the accidental.
The proceeds will be donated to support the Association of Friends of Health Center of Tinos “Nikolaos Kogos”
Christos Konstantinopoulos was born in Limnos (1944) and spent his early years in Thessaloniki. He studied law and political science while teaching himself how to create art.
