Echoes | Nektarios Antonopoulos

A section of paintings depicting the landscape, where painting as the echo becomes the mediator between the phenomenal and the conceptual. In the attempt to rein in the truth of the subject, the two-dimensional perception emerges, between a restructured composition and a more strict color scale, which most of the time replaces the flourishing one.
